I am looking for a clean and friendly female to share a Northgate townhouse. It is available from any day in November or start from Decemeber 1st.
The room is in a 1 1/2 bath, 2 bedrooms townhouse, with spacious living room, big closets and storage areas. Washer/dryer in unit, carport parking and additional guest parking available. Walk-in closet.
The rent is 500$/month, including water/sewer/garbage. The only extra thing is electricity. Internet is available.
The house is located near Northgate mall, walk to park and ride/bus transit center, Target, Best Buy, Barns and Noble .. etc..very good location.
10 minutes to UW/ 15 minutes downtown and easy free way access. 2 minutes walk to 16, 41, 68, 75 and other bus stations.
It's just a really good deal with this kind of rent and condition!! My roommate is getting married, or she will never leave the place.
