Preferred room and roommate description

Hey!

We have a room for rent in our 3 bedroom townhouse. The rent is $450 and includes the room (9'x10') with closet, shared bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, washer/dryer, FIOS tv and internet, back deck, front porch, garage (and above garage storage.) There's always plenty of street parking and we're in a very safe neighborhood filed with families. We're also located within a mile of a police station.

There are 4 people who live here. Charlie and I live in the basement and have our own bathroom. Josh and Lee are both students who live upstairs. Lee goes to school at AACC and is only home a few days a week. Josh is a WOW addict who lives in his room when he's not working or at CCBC. I go to paramedic school and wait tables and Charlie (who owns the house) is a career fire fighter/ paramedic. We also have 2 small dogs.

We're all laid back and we all get along. It's really important to us to respect each other. we prety much have 3 rules: 1. Respect 2. No drugs in the house (what you do outside of the house is your business just having them in the house could jeopardize Charlie's job.) 3. If you're home please let the dogs out. (the backyard is fenced, so all you would have to do it open the door) Recently, we've been going out on out new (used) boat and jetski. So it would be really cool to have someone who would want to come out and hang in the water with us.
