Preferred room and roommate description

Hello: This place is perfect, very nice, and great area... I have 2 rooms for rent:

1) 1 in very nice in law suite. .

2) The other a small studio w/full bath available Oct 1st,same cost. These can be month to month but would prefer a 6-12 month lease. Apartment Room: -$635.00 includes everything. -Share apartment with a 26yr old male, Army Vet, drug free, no criminal record, clean, rarely home. -Works full time and goes to school full time, rarely home and when is studies or sleeps. Can split up security deposit if needed, we can work with you. The cable includes 200 channels and the main window in the living room has a view of the woods and deer eating in the morngin feet away. There is a private entrance, kitchen, your own driveway, laundry room, bathroom and a couch, bookshelves, and a few tables there if needed. There is a brand new wood burning stove on a brick base in the living room, There are new rugs in the living room and other rugs were steam cleaned. The room availabe is the bigger room. and has a fan with cable hookups and all knotty pine wood. Very safe area and house with flood lights all around the house, excellent neighbors, on a small dead end road. There are gyms, resturants, bars, food shopping, and a mall within 3 miles from the house. In the bottom of a 535k house, you can hike and fish in the woods behind it. Routes 95, 695, Harford Rd,York Rd, and Belair Rd make it a easy trip to Baltimore City, Towson, Bel Air, or Abingdon. My fiance and I both work in Baltimore city and the drive isnt bad at all.
