Preferred room and roommate description

The room is light, and airy with two very large windows covering one of the walls. The closet is quite ample in size and has two upper shelves for storage. The carpet being a neutral shade of tan will go with any decor. The bath in the hall is private - unless the other room for rent is occupied. It would then be shared by one other individual. It is currently vacant.

I work from home and rent extra space to as many as three tenants at a time; two on the second floor and one on the lower level. The lower level is currently occupied.

I am unable to spend time with the tenants as my work and grandchildren keep me very busy. Supplementing my income utilizing the extra space I have seems to be a win-win situation; Many people are in need of housing - and I have extra space in my Condo, so it is an ideal arrangement!

Unfortunately, I cannot accept any animals; There are two small dogs in the dwelling, and, space for them is limited.

Smoker's must smoke OUTSIDE ONLY, please, out of respect for the other tenants.

No druggies or drinkers, please....Party all you want away from home!!!
