Preferred room and roommate description

Hello, I just found out that my roommate is moving out by Oct. 31st and I need to find a new roommate to move in in November. I am a 24/f that graduated from OSU in 2007. I do have 2 cats that are pretty well behaved. They have not been allowed in my roommates room, so that room should be pet fur free. A little about me, I have a job and a car and always pay rent/bills on time. I love movies, wii and watching TV. I do not smoke but sometimes drink. I never have any parties in my apartment. I like to watch OSU football games on the weekends but am not a big sports nut. I would like to find a roommate that is 23-29y/o, non smoker, not a partier and someone who is responsible and can pay their bills on time. You must get approved by my apartment's leasing office so good credit and a stable job is a must. Here is some info on the apartment. All electric apartment= No gas bill!!! 2nd floor apt. only 1 flight of steps to go up though 2 Bedrooms- 1 master and 1 regular sized. I am living in the master bedroom, buy your room is a decent size 11'8"x10'8" 2 Bathrooms- You would have the full bathroom with a tub right across the hall from your bedroom, my bathroom is connected to my room and only has a shower Living room (I have TV, Couch, Chair, coffee and end tables) Dining room (unfortunately my roommate had the table, so this room will be kind of bare) Kitchen with newly redone cabinets, counters and a new dishwasher. The stove and fridge are older but still work well I also have a washer and dryer off of the kitchen, so no need to go to a laundromat! Sliding door out to a balcony overlooking one of the pools (every resident gets a pool pass for free in the Summer) Miniblinds in all windows A/C

Rent is $675 a month, I pay $345 since I have a bigger bedroom (but smaller bathroom) and you only pay $330 Utilities will cost you about $150 a month total I have Time Warner Cable and Roadrunner internet which is about $100 a month Electric is about $100 a month if we keep the temp around 70 Water has varied but seems to be between $30-60 every month Once again, it is an all electric apartment so NO GAS BILL!!!
