Preferred room and roommate description

$450 + utilities for 1 bedroom in a house with two girls, both graduate students at OSU. One girl is in veterinary school and the other is an engineering student. We are looking for someone to fill the room ASAP but may be flexible with move in dates. The house is great! It is in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to most parts of OSU campus and located close to several buses. You would have your own room and share a bathroom with one other girl. The house is fully furnished, except for your room. Your sublease would be until August 31st with a chance to renew if you are interested. There are also three small dogs and a cat, but we keep the common areas clean and everyone takes care of their own animals.
