- I have a separate hallwall, with privacy. I can rent two rooms and bathroom for $750 per month or one room and shared bath for $450 per month - right now you have a choice. I work alot, go out on weekends, visit friends and family with an occasional weekend where I just feel like digging around in the garden, reading a book or just sleeping.
