Preferred room and roommate description
Looking to share a small home on 1.5 acres of wooded property. The commute is approximately 35 minutes from the house to from Bearss Avenue in Tampa, depending on traffic. I am looking to rent a room to someone for about 6 months or less. The rent would be approximately $155 per week but we'd need to discuss what the roommate is looking for. I am pretty reasonable and open to discussion. Roommate will have access to the whole house, including a kitchen, outdoor/adjacent laundry room, possibly their own bathroom/shower, and a study with access to a computer. Room is furnished with king size bed, television and DVD, two very large closets, and poss. access to their own bathroom/shower. There is ample parking. Looking for a roommate with traditional, conservative values who is tidy, and kind to animals. (I have a dog.) Roommate will have to provide background information (including a background check), references, job history. More detailed photos of the house and area are available upon request.
