Preferred room and roommate description
My roommate and I are looking for a roommate (male or female). We are both males in our twenties. We are laid back and one of us is rarely ever home.
The room is a smaller room for rent in my house near the USF Tampa campus. The room is approximately 9' x 11' and the closet is not very big. We do have additional storage available in the laundry room. We have a dog so you are going to have to be cool with that. Cable, Wifi, Electricity, and water are all included. We have a big screen T.V. in the living room. We have a washer and dryer. We also have a pool (it is pretty dirty right now, but we are in the process of cleaning it up). We have a few renovation projects going on. Even though the place is clean, there are some places in the house where there is drywall that has not been painted and finished yet. Also, my band practices here two times a week (never early and never past 9:45p.m.) So if you aren't cool with the dog or the band practices this is probably not the place for you. This would be a month to month situation.
