First off, Hello! My name is Terry and the pictures shown include one of myself (so you know who you would be rooming with), one of the outside. inside and the bedroom currently for rent. I want to be upfront with this so if cool, read on. I have a nice 4 Bedroom House in Carrollwood that's in a subdivision called 'Country Place' just north of 4600 Ehrlich Rd off Summerwind Dr. on Timberline Dr. (See Map). It's at the end of a cul-de-sac with no traffic and is very quiet and peaceful with some nice respectful neighbors. It includes a fairly large fenced back and side yard for total privacy with an above gound pool. My room currently available is fully furnished with a queen size bed for $550/mo. All utilities are included in the rent. I am looking for a clean, neat, respectful and responsible individual like myself and other roommate. I’m not looking for anyone who does drugs or is a heavy drinker, sorry. No smoking allowed inside but outside is fine. My roommate/s have full access to the entire home including washer and dryer.
