Hey all! I'm a recent college grad, which means I'm broke lol. So I'm looking for a roommate for my 1 bedroom apt. A little about me: l'm 21, recent college grad and will be doing a service program while in Miami. Other than that, I'm outgoing and like to have fun. The living room where you would be sleeping is huge! You just have to provide your own sofabed(This is negotiable because I need someone to move in ASAP). The apartment is spacious, in a nice gated neighborhood, has a Mom and Pop general store on the premises and is near public transportation. I am seeking a roommate who wants to have a good time and at the same time be able to chill and listen to music or watch a movie. The rent is $925.00 monthly, $463 I will pay and $462.00 for co-occupant,with $462.00 upon moving in. The lease ends 8/23/2010. No early out please. More pictures of property upon request.
