Preferred room and roommate description

We have a room in our house for 600 a month includes all utilities. The house has dish network and wireless internet access. I have a pool to use and there is a grill outside with patio furniture. We are not to picky on roomates as long as you are at least honest. I don't do drugs, nor do I smoke so if you do drugs dont bother , smoking is ok as long as it is outside and you clean up after yourself. We will consider a couple and the rent would probly be the same as long as the bills dont go threw the roof we will work that out at a later time. The house is located close to major bus lines, Nellis Air Force base, and all kinds of shopping basically everything you might need.
