A few bits of information: About me: I am a TV Exec, works 10 hour days. Truly, I just like to come home to a peaceful environment at the end of a long day. I'm considerate, my friends tell me I'm sweet, have a great sense of humor (I used to be a stand-up comic a million years ago) and basically I am looking for somebody who is kind, considerate and let's face it, isn't some kind of mental whack-job :-) About the place: Condo is 2 bedroom/ 2 ½ bath, 1514 square feet. Fully furnished except for the bedroom available for rent. You'd have your own bedroom, bathroom with tub/shower, two sinks. Condo is roommate style, two master bedrooms on opposite sides of the condo. The building has a private community park courtyard and portico, resort style pool area and whirlpool spa and BBQ and picnic areas. The building is only 4 years old. It’s located in North Hollywood/Toluca Lake adjacent. Rent will be $850 a month and ½ the utilities. Move in requires First month’s rent and a security deposit of $500, and signing of a 6-month lease. What I am looking for: Somebody who is RELIABLE, RESPECTFUL and RESPONSIBLE! NO PETS! No illegal drugs or smoking anything by anyone. Mature, clean, organized, neat. I'm not a total bore but, not really looking for somebody who wants to have tons of loud parties or have people over ALL the time, I am just really interested in somebody who is looking for a quiet, nice, safe place to live who will be respectful of me, my privacy and the property.
