Preferred room and roommate description

I'm a 28 year-old male who has an empty room in a 2-bed, 2bath apartment with in-unit washer and dryer in Toluca Terrace (about a 2 minute drive from Universal City). The building is only 1 year old and I am the first person to have lived in this unit. There are all new appliances and gated underground tandem parking.

I'm fairly easy going and I work overnight so sometimes I tend to be scarce, leaving you the run of the apartment. Of course I believe the key to getting along with a roommate (or anyone for that matter) is communication, so I'm always reachable in one way or another and very approachable about any issues.

Your room would go for $750/month and there would be a $600 security deposit up front as well as a $50 application fee that goes to the landlord. If you would like, my current roommate can leave the room partially furnished when he leaves in mid-November. You could move in immediately after he finishes packing and start rent payments in December.
