Preferred room and roommate description
I have a large master bedroom for rent in my apartment after Dec. 1st. You'd have your own bathroom w/ tub/shower, twin hallway, closets, parking space. The room's 14'L x 11.5'W x 8'H; you could fit a queen-sized bed & dresser/desk in it without any problem. Rent's $690 a month (M2M), + a $650 dpst (place is still in great condition) that you'd be having to reimburse my roommate who's departing (he's moving in with his little sister). Utilities include electric (bi-monthly), gas, & digital cable internet/TV (I may cut back on the TV...).
Location-wise, the building's in up-and-coming North Hollywood, within walking distance of the Metro line, near the 170/101/134 fwys, with 24-hour supermarkets, pharmacies, eateries, comedy clubs, an In N' Out Burger, a large public park with jogging paths, baseball fields, tennis & basketball courts, a public swimming pool & public library nearby, and the police station just down the street-- as a result, this is a fairly quiet and safe area pretty much anytime.
Myself, I'm another entertainment industry transplant--so if you are/are generally creative/artistic I think we'd have a lot in common--and am very much into film (watching them, discussing them, writing, etc.), music, leisure reading, the arts, computers, discovering new things (foods, local events, etc), and the occasional athletic outing (jogging, biking, swimming, softball, etc). I'm fairly open-minded, progressive, and adventurous in nature; I love meeting different people & learning about their stories and culture, but can be equally comfortable with a night out on the town as one in catching up on my Netflix queue.
