I have a three bedroom two bath home near Montgomery and San Mateo. It’s a nice and quiet neighborhood but I need one roommate to help pay the rent. The spare bedroom will be the guest bedroom/office. You get your own bathroom. We have a big back yard, with a grill and a covered patio that’s furnished. The entire house minus the third bedroom is furnished. I’ll be attending grad school at UNM in January so if you are in school we share that interest.
