Preferred room and roommate description
I am looking for someone who needs a furnished bedroom two or three night a week. I will provide all necessities, detergent, shampoo, etc. You must provide your own food and clean up after yourself. Wireless internet, big screen TV in Living room has cable. Townhouse has 1.5 bathrooms. I am a clean, quiet, professional, smoking outside is ok and one small pet is ok. If you need a clean, quiet, comfortable and safe environment a few days a week, then you need look no further. You can keep things in the garage and if you are as cautious w/ utilities as I am, then I'll pay utilities otherwise we'll have to figure it out. I do not have a landlline, just cell phones. Bike path, pool, lots of parking, I have two ten speed bikes you can use. This is a beautiful safe townhome community. Please tell me about yourself and what you need Re: living arrangements.
