Preferred room and roommate description
I'm a relatively quiet person but very upbeat about life and enjoy it. I don't do drugs and drink rarely but never to the drunk state. I would prefer a roommate that is the same. Drug use isn't an option. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and I have good neighbors. I love my music when doing things around the house or yard but am respectful of others. If you're sleeping or studying, the music isn't on if it bother you. A park is within walking distance.
There is a large backyard with a patio for bbqing. I have 2 good dogs and 1 cat. It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath house. A small shed in the backyard that has some room in it and the other bedroom is used for some storage and when my oldest boy comes into town.
Rent would be 350.00 plus 1/2 the utilites.
