looking for someone to share a 2 bedroom townhouse. complete upstairs avaiable [ bedroom, bath, sitting room/loft]. small pet ok with deposit. ase master tech at a local dealer, gone most days 7a till 6p. pretty laid back and easy going. some furniture avaiable but would not consider it furnished. rent negotiable in lieu of housekeeping[utilities,cable,internet included] located behind walmart on st james ave.
looking for a responsible person that will pay bills on time and respects other peoples property. fairly clean and not a slob. i have a girl that comes in and cleans my part every 2 wks. she could do the upstairs also for a small fee.
