My name is Brian, im 23. Pretty quiet, laidback. i hate drama. I keep to myself for the most part but wouldn't mind going out or having a few drinks now and again.
The place is about 1150sqft 2 bed 2 bath 2 story. Also 2 seperate living areas so you will have the entire bottom floor to yourself besides a shared kitchen and washer/dryer area. Small front yard but big shared yard around back in case you have a dog. plus you'll have your own assigned parking spot near the front door. Also across the street from ACC-northridge so about a 2min walk to the bus stop. Cigarettes are smoked outside and 420 friendly.
I'm looking for a respectful roommate who i can rely on to pay rent/bills ON TIME and will also keep the house clean. I do clean alot but i just hate cleaning up after people.
