Must love dogs as I have two that will be all up in your business.
Must be a non-smoker and not into drugs.
Single parents with part time children are welcome. There is an extra room for occasional sleep overs. Includes all utilities, use of kitchen, washer/dryer, and single car space in the garage for a vehicle or extra storage. A community pool is within walking distance (but closed for the season).
My house is a single story built in 2008. Near 1431 and 183 in the Cedar Park Town Center. The new event center is 1/2 mile away. The new recreation center is even closer. I'm home most of the time. I usually rise with the sun and set with it as well although I have been known to stay up after dark when there's fun stuff to do. I bbq frequently and my roommate is welcome so share in this. I rarely drink hard liquor. Wine is my 5th food group.
Looking for a fairly quiet person but not a hermit.
