I am a female graduate student studying Chinese Medicine and acupuncture. I will be graduating in December. I work from home part-time during the day and early evening doing hypnosis. So when I’m working with a client it has to be very quiet. That should be less than 6 hours a week usually.

My preference is to rent to another female who would like a bedroom and private bath, and perhaps is in the healing arts field by profession or a student. I have a bedroom set up for massage, so if you are a massage therapist, I could also rent the massage room $10 per session. I am pretty laid back and not a clean freak but would like someone who takes care of their own dishes, is considerate, and not a huge partier.

Bills paid: water, electricity, gas, trash. Not paid: cable, telephone, internet service.

I have one mature cat, she is very mellow and quiet, but prefers to be the only pet in the house. No smoking in the house, but the back porch is OK.
