Preferred room and roommate description
I am a 28 year old single man, I work as a deepsea diver in the military, I travel quite frequently, so alot of the time, so anyone rooming with me would have the house to his or her self. I am quite clean, and would appreciate someone who doesnt mind keeping the common areas of the house clean and doing the dishes. I would prefer a more mature person, who is past the "lets get drunk and trash the house phase" and someone who is reliable with money and the rent. A little about the house itself, its located at 1506 Colonial Ave in ghent, its a great location and its within walking distance of everything the area has to offer including coffee shops, resturants, bars, grocery stores etc. The property is on the 1st floor, its all hardwood floors, central air and brand new installed appliances, including dishwasher, washer/dryer. It also has a small caged in patio. Dogs are welcome as long as there not puppies and are house broken. Please contact me if you have any questions.
