Room is 13 by 12, has 2 widows one facing the backyard and the other one facing the neighbors and street. House is also just 1 block away from the beach House only has 1 bathroom but is fully furnished with up to date furniture including a Plasma T.V in the living room. There is also private parking with lots of shade and and outside garage for lawn mower and stuff.
I am currently active in the U.S. Navy and I attend school part time.
