This is a classic 1970's home. The room for rent is 10'x12' including a wardrobe closet. The adjoining bathroom is fairly large with a full cabinet for yourself. I might be able to make some room in the garage for storage. This bedroom has access to a balcony with a beautiful view of our rural area. There is an umbrella and a hammock . You will have full use of the house, the only thing that I ask of you, is to clean up after yourself :) Large kitchen with a nice patio off the kitchen.A cabinet for your food and section of thr refridgerator and frezzer. THIS INCLUDES full access to wireless internet, cable TV (basic) phone (local calls) A large ingound jacuzzi is also at your disposal. I am including utilities, I typically keep the house comfortable!
