The house is a four bedroom, two bath. You will be sharing the house with two other roommates. You will have your own private bathroom in the master bedroom and you will share the refrigerator with one person as we have two refrigerators. The master bedroom has brand new carpeting and has just been painted. It has a large closet, and in addition to this, you will have more closet space in the garage. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and you will have parking in front of the house. The house is a serene place to live and has a patio and a large yard. You will have two straight male roommates (neither own the house) and they are both friendly professionals that will be happy to chat with you when you want and leave you alone when you want privacy. They are both neat and considerate and are looking for the same type of person. If you smoke or do drugs, please don't bother to contact me. There will be maid service every other week, and wi-fi and a gardener and they are included in your rent, the utilities are NOT included. The house is wired for Direct T.V. You will be splitting the gas and electric, water and garbage bill with your two roommates $950 a month plus a $300 deposit. $1050 and a $500.00 deposit if you have a pet. The room is available for showing.
