I recently received and accepted a job offer in NYC and I will be moving up in July 2012. I will be graduating in April from the University of Florida with a degree in Business Economics and French, but I am also interested in music, theater, cooking, dancing and other cultural activities. I am easy-going, intelligent, very attractive and have a taste for beauty. I am more of an extrovert and would like to find similar in a roommate.
I would like to find a luxury apartment in Chelsea, Hell's Kitchen or somewhere around Midtown. I appreciate natural light and love large floor to ceiling windows. Cleanliness is necessary and must have a decent sized closet. I am a social person and would like a roommate who at least likes conversations, hanging out and would be able to get along with me. I am looking for a deal as I will pay for an apartment studio if it comes down to it, but I would like to save on rent and buy nice furniture and decor. I love modern looks and black and white color motifs with a splash of color here and there are very elegant in my opinion. A successful roommate who knows the city would also be cool to find, but young professionals are good too.
