I am looking for a reasonably priced room in a nice neighborhood. I work full time in Manhattan and I am also a grad student and involved with volunteer work and church. I am social, fun, and friendly but I still have a lot of important things to focus on in my life. I''m definitely not uptight or antisocial. I'm easy going and not hard to get along with. I like to split things 50/50 and I am responsible and looking for someone who is responsible as well. Please no drama. I also recently moved to NY from TX and I am currently living with family but looking to be out on my own. I am allergic to cats. Dogs are ok as long as they are well maintained.
