I am a 25th years old graduate female student and researcher who is looking for a room in Manhattan ONLY preferably Midtown or upper West Side but all interesting variants in other areas in Manhattan which goes with the following criteria are taking into consideration.
I prefer non-furnished room. The room shouldn't be a common area in the apartment I need privacy.
The apartment should be with a kitchen.
I am eager to share cleaning of common areas and common house expenses (toilet paper, cleaning tools & chemicals & etc.)
I am also ready to do cleaning and cooking (i am highly skilled in Mediterranean cousin) in exchange to reduced rental cost.
I also can do a designer renovation of the room if you are interested in it.
I would like to live with a clean and nice person (or 2) preferably elder one female. I will not organize home parties, bring one night stands and expect the same attitude.
My budget is 500-800 $ per month
