Preferred room and roommate description

I am a 25 year old student currently attending Touro College-DMX for Audio Engineer. I am a singer who loves music, traveling and serenity. I have a job working in a upscale restaurant uptown Manhattan and also go to school in Midtown so Manhattan would be an ideal place to live. I am clean, neat and ambitious. Although music is my passion, I do not own any instruments so you wont have to worry about those kind of distractions. Can't promis about singing but I promise to keep it to myself. I wont annoy you. I am a very cool person just looking for a room in a not to dangerous neighborhood. I am a great roommate (in my eyes) Im really not into partying or anything like that so I would like my roommate to be the same.
