A little about me, I am a very easy going person who loves to laugh. I don't smoke, I drink occasionally. I love the outdoors, even something as simple as having a campfire in my back yard. I have female cat named Charlie. I prefer a female roommate (age 21-41) as girls are generally better roommates and they're easier to get along with. I also prefer that my roommate does not have pets but may consider it. I always enjoy making a new friend so it would be nice to have a roommate that actually likes hanging out once in a while. But if you prefer keeping to yourself I am fine with that too. I bought my house about 3 yrs ago and I love it. But I there is just more space than I can really use so I figured why not get a roommate. I have a nice sized bedroom upstairs for rent. The upstairs would be yours which includes a bathroom. I keep my home clean and looking nice and appreciate a roommate who will do the same with their space. The home is in the Cane Ridge community between Brentwood and Antioch. Half mile from I-24.
