Preferred room and roommate description
I have a 3br, 2.5ba townhome and need a roommate. I’m looking for six month to a one year or longer lease. Age range would be 25-50. The earliest someone can move in is now.
I am not a neat freak but I want to make sure we all respect each others' things and the fact that it's a very nice home! It is a three year old house and all appliances are well kept so it shouldn't be hard to keep clean. A professional or college and employed guy is fine, just don't need any drama. I would like to me
I like to drink but I don't get crazy. I like to laugh but not do drugs or smoke. So no smoking, snuff or drugs, also I prefer if the front door is not a revolving door day or night for visitors, please. It's very close to stores and several restaurants and the Hickory Hollow area. I don't really feel comfortable having any animals in the house because of allergies. I don't want stress at home so I hope we can all get along.
