The room is available, any open date; private bath, walk-in closet, window face the street, laundry room, internet/phone jack/cable ready; cable hook-up for a small monthly fee are negotiable. Utilities, and telephone services are included. I am willing to renew rental agreement as long as you want extended stay of more than 6-mo. $100 off first month rent. Nice quiet, safe neighborhood, curfew are enforce in the area.
