We have a 16X8 ft. room for $500/month and a larger 16X16ft. for $600/month- single occupancy rate. Rooms are available either unfurnished or furnished (bed, dresser, nightstand). We always start with month to month leases, but would be happy to arrange a longer contract if you would prefer. The costs at move-in are rent and one months deposit. Utilities are included (Cable TV, wireless internet, garbage service, electric.). We run a quiet and clean household. The house is centrally located to Hackettstown, Newton, and Blairstown, and is only eight minutes from I-80, exit 19.
