Great bedroom furnished with a really nice bed, bedding linens & towels, 6 drawers, desk, sitting chair, full length mirror & a good size closet. Bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. All roommates have full use of the house, including kitchen, inside laundry, family room w/TV, a front sitting room & a nice patio. A weekly housecleaner takes care of all common areas. Monthly rent inc. water, garbage, housecleaner & gardener. Gas, electricity, cable & internet are split 4 ways each month. This is a great deal. We look forward to hearing from you!
