Room to share on Montezuma Rd next to SDSU. Two bedroom one bathroom College Campanile apartment. There are currently three twenty year old sorority sisters living in this apartment and need another roommate to share a room. We are social and two go to Grossmont while the other attends SDSU. The rent is $465 a month and utilities are $30 a month. The apartment lease is until May, so the end of SDSU's school year, then you may either resign a lease or find another residence. I am the roommate transferring to a college in Washington and need my lease to be covered. You may move in ASAP and i will leave on your terms. There is furniture already in the apartment as well as a good sized TV and plenty of living space. The room available has its own TV and two large closets, one walk in, for you only. The laundry is communal and right at our back door.
