Single male currently has a room for rent in 4BR/2BA private home in Serra Mesa. Male room mate preferred. Home includes dining room, kitchen, living room w/fireplace, game/TV room and bar area. (Up hill from Qualcomm Stadium). Available Oct 25th.

I have two (2) Friendly SMALL dogs; you must like animals to rent here. PERIOD.

I live a quiet existence. I am laid back and VERY NEAT AND CLEAN. I park my Truck on the street and my car in the driveway; therefore you will have on street parking in front of the house. The house has a fenced front and back yard and is located in a quiet older neighborhood in Serra Mesa. It is centrally located within five (5) minutes of all major freeways. It is walking distance from the post office and Rite Aid.
The room rents for $725, and is inclusive of ALL UTILITIES, if you assist with the care and feeding of the dogs.
INCLUSIVE UTILITIES: Gas, Electricity, Water, WIRELESS Internet, Time Warner Cable, Garbage pick up, use of Washer and Dryer. The room can rents as FURNISHED (Full bed, small dresser, two night stands, chairs, desk, lamps).
NO SMOKING. NO DRUGS. First month rent and $500 DEPOSIT, due PRIOR to Move In.
Proof of employment as well as PERSONAL and RENTAL REFERENCES will be required.
