Preferred room and roommate description
Looking for a professional or student female roommate who likes to keep it low key during the week but like to have fun on the weekends. You will have your own bedroom with private patio and a restroom to share with guest when they come over. The condo is set up with a roommate style atmosphere (rooms seperated by livingroom). Washer/Dryer, cable, water, electricity included. Parking is always available for you and guests that may come over. Convienence store, wine bar, drycleaners, Wahoo's fish resturant etc all downstairs from my place. Trust me once you see the aminities you will fall in love. I also have a small yorkidoodle that loves new people and would love to have a firend around so small dogs welcome. Ready for move in now or November 1st. This complex has alot of great things to do for free such as cooking classes, poker games, movies on the lawn, etc. if interested. Willing to come down on rent, I just want a good person to live with and feel safe leaving my things and dog with when I'm not home.
