Preferred room and roommate description

Respectful male seeks up to three females to share a Lake Minnetonka home. Any age. I make available the entire main floor to my female "Guests", and is declared the "Gurlz Zone". I currently have 3 open rooms on the main floor, while my area is limited to the basement. (I'm home approx. 8 nights a month) I'm hoping to find respectful female renters, who would appreciate the privacy and comfort of a private home, while watching a budget. You'll find I'm an exceptionally nice, laid-back guy, who understands the female perspective of sharing a home. (Privacy, safety, etc.) I'm rarely home, and I doubt you'll see me very often, if at all. I offer a clean, quiet home in peaceful neighborhood. Just be normal, able to pay your bills on time, and have a pleasant disposition. This home would be a really nice place for the serious younger student, or the more mature professional female. Large 2 acre yard with mature trees. No traffic, no street lights, no sirens, lots of birds and wildlife. 10 min. from 494. Lake access at the end of the street. Express bus to MPLS 3 houses away. Naturally, I have an All-female list of references for you.
