House has 2 1/2 car garage along with excellent off street parking.
Room available is the entire upper level with walk in closet,A/C,solar light. Two males live there now and are both 22-23 years old. One is working and going to college, other works full time.
House is 3 levels and fully furnished but could make room for new renters
furnishings. Family room, computer room and laundry in lower level.Patio with grilling area and hammock. $500 includes utilities.
