Preferred room and roommate description

I have a room in South Milwaukee you could have for 350. There are 2 bedrooms 1 bath, I keep things clean but not crazy about it. Off street parking, next to a park, laundry room in the basement with extra storage. The extra bedroom is 9x10, there is basic cable in the room and wireless roadrunner internet in the apartment. A gas fireplace is in the living room. We don’t pay for the gas so it is running all the time.

I am 47, gay, and work weekdays. I am into wrestling doing not watching, and have my own internet wrestling company, so at many times there would be college age well built guys coming over to see me. Most of my friends are young 20's. I am also into ghost hunting and no there won‘t be any ghost come a visiting. I have a dog, 10 years old, very well trained. I don’t want any other un-cage pets, but a hamster or snake would be cool. I like all types of music except rap and love old movies, and i do cook a little, walk a lot, go camping, play card games and Monopoly. I love to sit out on the patio and watch the world. I do not smoke nor do i want a roommate who does. I do drink now and then and I like to go out and shoot pool and play darts.

I am looking for a roommate who is interested in being friends, hang out together now and then, share a meal, watch a move, and talk about our day. I give a great back rub and foot rub, my new roommate should be open to exchanging massages now and then. I don’t want a long line of strangers (one night stands) coming through the place night after night.
