Preferred room and roommate description
I have a bedroom for rent. I would like someome who is honest, reliable, and doesn't mind the two cats, and two birds I have. The birds have their own bedrooom, they do not fly around the house. This house is close to the library, restaurants, taverns, grocery store. Most of which is within walking distance ( 1 to 4 blocks). I am currently a student, unemployed. This house is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen, dining room, 2 livingrooms, one which is 25ft by 30ft. Heat and electric is included. The x-tra bedroom comes furnished or unfurnished, which ever you prefer. I would also expect you to be pretty neat and help with house work, clean up after yourself. Iam an understnding person but, I need your rent at the latest on the 3rd of every month. There is a washer and dryer available. ( not coin operated) I own them. I do expect some respect.
