Preferred room and roommate description

I have a room to rent...(2 options) The home is located in the beautiful Jackson Park neighborhood. It is centrally located to major highways, the Brewer Stadium, South 27th and 76th Street, and restaurants. The room has hardwood floors and internet access. The upper floor has a plasma tv, a living room area (as shown below) and a kitchen. The rent for the upper floor is $550 per month (utilities included) with a $300.00 deposit. Now there is a 2nd option, the basement has a room and a well decorated cozy lounge area with both internet and cable access. There is a 32 inch’ lcd tv and dvd in the lounge area. Also located in the basement is the utility room-laundry facilities. The basement is well heated during the winter. The rent for the basement is $600 per month (utilities included) with a $400.00 deposit. Note: I have AT-Uverse so all channels are available. The home is very clean. You will love it! I have two friendly dogs-a golden retriever and a pug mix. We are looking for a roommate with the same qualities and a non-smoker.
