I live in a very nice upper flat on a quiet, residential street near the UW-Milwaukee campus. I am looking for a clean, respectful, responsible non-smoking female roommate as of November 1st!!! There are two bedrooms, a living room, dining room, bathroom, kitchen, front porch and an entire attic for storage. The house will be partially furnished even after my roommate moves out. The house has original woodwork, a fake fireplace, was just painted in its entirety, and has a fridge, stove, and microwave included. Pets are not allowed, and there is not a washer/dryer on site, but is a laundromat one block north.
Rent is $375/ month, plus utilities. For a flat around campus, this is a really good price!
