A great live in art studio and room for rent at $850.00 including EVERYTHING!!!! Anytime for short term 2-3 month stay!! There is also a private porch with a refrigerator and everything you could possibly need including some art supplies!! The bed is comfey and there are sheets, pillows, iron and even towels!! I am an artist and art professor in Brooklyn and the other person in the house is a writer. We are not a couple but are both nice, respectful people and not fussy or picky. It is very sweet and comfortable living situation in a very nice comfortable apartment. You would have great privacy with high speed internet and cable television in your room! Also this place is very convenient because it is a block or two from all shopping, laundry, gym, subway and only 20 minutes from downtown Manhattan on a quiet dead end street!!
