Renting a spacious room in my apartment located directly across midtown in a safe and trendy neighborhood of New Jersey, right next to Hoboken and Jersey City; available now. I am situated directly across Times Square, which makes it closer to midtown then any other NYC borough (Queens, Bronx or Brooklyn). Transportation is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are monthly transportation passes available at a fixed monthly price for unlimited back and forth trips. A good reason to cross the river west of Manhattan is food can be from 15% to 20% cheaper, in restaurants and supermarkets. I am respectful person, with a career in the computer information technology. Walking distance to Light Rail, Hoboken and its water front filled with restaurants, shops and supermarkets. NO: pets, smoker nor habitual drinker please.
