You will essentially have a beautiful studio-like apartment arrangement mostly to yourself. You will occupy the huge sunken LR, measuring about 20 ft X 14 ft with great windows, plants, full spectrum light, Japanese screened sleeping alcove with full size futon, desk, couch, and old wood floors. The kitchen is right next to it, and easy access to the bathroom. The Dining foyer is yours to use as well. I will be in a separate room all the time. Some have commented that they feel like they are the only one in the apartment. References available from former female roommates.
