Preferred room and roommate description
Hey!
I'm a working professional looking for a roomate to share my nice pent-apartment with. It's in the heart of Atlantic Station. I haven't moved in as of yet, and I don't plan to until I secure a roomate. I need a dependable and reliable roomate who would like to move in for a year and two month term. Or atleast that's the estimated time I think I'd like to live there. It's in the heart of Atlantic Station and has great attributes about it.
Rent will be $550/monthly. You can have the bedroom, I'll take the loft, and we have to share the bathroom, utilities, and simple expenses such as accessories like e.g, cable, wifi, and etcetra.
If you're a working individual who is willing to relocate to that vacinity with me, shoot me an e-mail.
