About the house: It's in a small gated community, close to downtown, parks, restaurants and bars, and a huge 24 hour fitness. There is a room available on the 3rd floor with a private full bathroom OR a room on the 1st floor with a private 2/3 bathroom (shower, no tub). All utilities except electricity and internet are included. the room can be furnished or not, but the rest of the house is furnished.
About me: I am employed full time as a professional. I am home most weekends. I like to stay active and be social. i have a dog.
