It Is a furnished keyed room in one Apt.located at 63rd.st. corner w/ 1st.Ave. Furnitures include:Twin bed with drawers,wardrobe unit.TV/DVD combo-Premium Cable,smal Fold-Table,,Chair, Air purifier+ Fan , Hi speed internet and all linens It is a one original bed room converted to two bed room apt in a Bulding served with two Elevators and laundry. UNFORTUNATELY IT DOES NOT RECEIVE DIRECT SUNLIGT. The Rooms size is around 110 sq/ feet. I need someone to commit for at least two months up to 5 months with the possibility to length this period!! MONTHLY RATE $1,100.00 â€" Weekly rate $One wk $450.00 Two wks $800.00 I'm a real easygoing,repectfull,responsible,quiet,clean person. I have other roommate living in other room who moved in Nov.03.,2011 He is 27 YEARS old From Germany here doing internship for 6 months.

Im looking for someone who is responsible. My ideal second roommate Woud be a person like a friend and at the same time enjoy time alone .This person would be responsible,respectfull and pick up after himself/herself!! The regular clean OF THE PLACE i will do by myself. I’m a 50 years old professional male.Father of a 27 year old SOn whom is not leaving with me.

Wre are non smoker ! if you are a outside smoker is fine with us! Definetely not INSIDE SMOKER.
